In traditional shaft disassembly operations, operators often face challenges such as inaccurate tonnage control, difficulty in centering alignment, and safety risks during the process. To address these issues, a new mobile cart puller has been officially launched. Based on conventional pullers, this product innovatively integrates a PLC control system and a variable frequency motor, achieving precision and intelligence in disassembly operations.
Three Core Technical Highlights:
- Presettable tonnage value for more controllable disassembly
Through the PLC control system, operators can preset the tonnage value required for disassembling a shaft. This avoids workpiece damage caused by excessive pulling force or disassembly failure caused by insufficient force. - Variable frequency motor + displacement sensor for more precise centering
The variable frequency motor allows flexible speed adjustment, thereby precisely controlling the oil output and the puller’s movement speed. Meanwhile, the product is equipped with a displacement sensor that real‑time detects the puller’s center height, ensuring accurate alignment with the workpiece and significantly reducing centering deviation. - 100‑meter wireless remote control for safer operation
After the main cylinder piston rod has completed centering and all disassembly preparations are finished, the operator can switch to remote control mode. The wireless remote control has an effective distance of up to 100 meters, effectively preventing personal injury caused by unexpected incidents during disassembly (e.g., workpiece ejection, hydraulic leakage, etc.).
Applicable scenarios: Disassembly of various interference‑fit shaft parts such as motor shafts, gears, bearings, etc., especially suitable for confined spaces or high‑risk working conditions.
