CLSG Series, Single Acting High Tonnage Hydraulic Cylinders

Pullertop  CLSG SERIES single-acting high-tonnage construction cylinders are ideally suited for construction, civil engineering, heavy fabrication, and maintenance applications. All models are supplied with a tilting saddle fitted as standard and have an over-stroke restrictor port to prevent over-extension of the piston. additional capacities and stroke options are available on request.

Product Description

Series: CLSG Series

Product Lines: High Tonnage Hydraulic Cylinders

  • Interchangeable, hardened grooved saddles are standard configuration

  • Plunger wiper reduces contamination, extending cylinder life

  • Single-acting, load retraction

  • Base mounting holes for easy fixturing

  • Hardened and chromed piston reduces wear and corrosion

  • Hardened alloy steel guide ring eliminates over travel and provides support to reduce wear from off-center loads

  • High strength composite bearing provides support for off-center loads without damaging the cylinder walls

Think Safety

Manufacturer’s rating of load and stroke are maximum safe limits. Good practice encourages using only 80% of these ratings!
